Our training offer
Beyond our business consulting services, Easy Business Solution is also a Training Organization dedicated to developing managerial skills.
These certified training programs are designed for liberal professions (notaries, lawyers, architects, etc.), leaders of small and medium-sized enterprises, and team managers who wish to structure and strengthen the management of their teams.
Our objective is to optimize team engagement to enhance financial performance, productivity, customer satisfaction, and talent retention within the offices, firms, and companies where we operate.
Our training programs address the specific challenges of our clients, are directly applicable to their professional environment, and are designed around key management principles through the practical implementation of the HR Cycle.

Each session is led by a management expert and conducted at every key stage of the management cycle throughout the fiscal year. This process ensures complete mastery of the necessary management knowledge and skills, with an emphasis on immediate application.
Additionally, the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) is reviewed or adjusted to guarantee the smooth and effective implementation of acquired knowledge, skills, and practices.
Each training session begins and ends with a knowledge and skills assessment questionnaire to measure learning progress.
A satisfaction survey is conducted at the end of each session, followed by a cold satisfaction survey sent three months after the training.
Training is scheduled according to a mutually agreed calendar and can be conducted:

On-site at the client's premises for convenience,

Off-site, upon request, in a nearby venue to provide a setting conducive to reflection and disconnection from daily routines.
Rate: €1,750 (excluding tax) per training day.
